We don't hold your machine for a week while it sits in a queue. Here's what to expect.
Tune-ups, virus removal, account setup, and basic diagnostics are our quickest jobs — typically turned around within a business day or two, especially for remote sessions or on-site visits booked in the morning.
OS reinstalls, hardware upgrades, and more involved diagnostics are typically done within one to two business days.
Screen replacements and repairs requiring specific parts take a bit longer depending on shipping. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront and keep you updated.
Serious drive failures need more time and may involve imaging the drive first. We'll set clear expectations before we start.

We'll tell you straight — if the repair cost doesn't make sense compared to what the machine is worth, we'll say so. You still pay the diagnostic fee (it covers the time we spent figuring that out), but we won't push you into a repair that isn't worth it. We can also help you pick a replacement if you need one.
Yes. Labor comes with a 30-day warranty — if the same issue comes back within 30 days of the repair, we'll look at it again at no charge. Parts warranties depend on the manufacturer but are typically 90 days or more.
Just have the machine accessible with its power adapter. For desktops with display issues, let us know ahead of time and we'll bring what we need to test it. For remote sessions, just make sure you have internet access and can be at the machine when we connect.
