No. All plans are available month-to-month. If you sign a 12-month agreement, we'll waive the first month — but we earn your business every month, not just on day one. If it's not working for you, we'll talk about it and figure out why.
For Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients, we target a prompt response on remote support tickets during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm). Most issues get resolved quickly. For urgent situations — a server down, a ransomware hit — we treat it as a priority and respond immediately. Tier 3 clients always go to the front of the queue for on-site visits.
Yes. We support Windows and macOS. Most small businesses in Grays Harbor run Windows, but if you have a mix — or a few staff on MacBooks — that's fine. Our monitoring and patch management tools cover both platforms.
Tier 2 clients get discounted on-site visits at $89/hr (vs. the standard $100/hr for non-MSP clients). Tier 3 clients have on-site hours built into their plan — 2, 4, or 8 hours per month depending on the package. When those hours are used, additional time is also billed at the $89/hr MSP rate.
